LAST POST: January 2025. Our focus is primarily on growing our Facebook group. New promotions for members are running along nicely. This year, I am building our business course for people that would like to bring their services into retreat programs. New Themes and Wellness Activities Packs will also be created throughout this year for retreat facilitators. I will not be making any more posts to this marketing page. December 2nd 2024. I have split up the end of November video shout outs. Click here to view the Retreats shoutout. And click here to view the collaborations listings for retreat facilitators. I can only work with the listings that are actually listed. There's too many for me to check individually now so like it says when you first joined, you will need to refresh your listings every 90 days! Otherwise, they disappear from the site. I hope you made it into the videos. Stats: Facebook group 2,888. Email subscribers 188. Emails will now be sent whenever I have a new update. No set times.
November 1st 2024. The end of October shoutout video can be seen here. Facebook group now has 2755 members and email subscribers is now at 184. I have noticed that subscribers show a keen interest in the early bird and special offer links. Feel free to use them for your promotions here. My daughter and I have been invited to attend a retreat this month at Byron Bay. I will be live streaming some of our experiences to our public Facebook group :) Keep an eye out for them. #excited
October 3rd 2024. The end of September shoutout videos that were made individually just to try something new. Video for Retreats on the website had 752 views with 2 likes engagements. Collaboration listings on the website had 54 views with 3 likes engagements. Retreats under the events tab in our FB group had 168 views with 3 likes engagements. We need more engagements to help us spread and go viral. Feel free to like or comment on each video to help us all out. The crystal healing set offer was a flop. No one engaged with it so I have cancelled it. Facebook group now has 2550 members. Email subscribers now has 178. Business emails will only be sent on the 15th of each month instead of every week because regular updates are being added to our business group here.
Sept 1st 2024. The latest shoutout video is here. All 11 membership levels are now up and running. This month I'll aim to gather video footage from retreat members and create a new first ever retreats video and better Facebook ad! Our public FB group now has 2262 members. FB Business page has 102 followers. Instagram still has 102 followers as well because I haven't been using it until I learn more about it. Our email subscribers is now at 163 with 30 of those joining in the last 30 days. I'm still placing my attention on our FB platform this month. I'd like to get a new offer out to subscribers this month to go into a monthly draw to win a crystal healing set. I have it all planned out in my mind and it anchors around interacting with the posts that are added to our FB group. It's time to build us up and get us noticed even more!
August 4th 2024. The latest video is here and that is the very 1st video on our brand new You tube channel. We've had some huge shifts over July. The new Collaborate page has now taken a more prominent role where all business services can be accessed. Our public Facebook group is growing in leaps and bounds now with 2047 members/followers. Instagram has 102 followers and is going slow because I'm still learning it. Subscribers now has 145 contacts. 21 of those in the last 30 days. Our main focus is FB hence it's faster growth. All listings are scheduled through Facebook on a repeating schedule. It's working very well for the time being. Slowly and surely.
July 1st 2024. Today I have opened up the other memberships so now everything can be seen by the public under the new Facilitators tab.
Our FB group has reached 1.6k members. Instagram 95 followers. I'm currently doing an Insta course so this should pick up over the months ahead. Email list now has 117 subscribers. Cool. Climbing slowly but surely.

June 2024. I have been fine tuning the website. New promotions have been added for members to advertise their special offers and early birds for free, to retreat seekers. I will use these promos from facilitators to put more energy into our email list over the months ahead with subscriber only specials. June video shoutout will be done toward the end of month. If you want your retreat listing to appear in it, get it on the events tab or into the website before 25th June. Our FB group has reached 1.5k members. Instagram 94 followers. Email list 102 subscribers.
Facebook ad was created on 2nd June 2024. Out of 4300 reach we have had 118 CTR which is great. However, not as many subscribers as I would have liked which means the main index page is due for a tweak!
- June 22nd. I have opened up our Facebook group to allow all things relating to retreats to be posted including venues, catering, one to one etc. Letting go and allowing in.
19th May 2024. Membership site is almost ready to go. 22nd May we received our very first membership listing. Many lisitngs are now being shared to around 26 different Facebook groups a few times each week. May video shoutout. The video now also shows the new listings (from members) on our website. Our FB group has reached 1.4k members. Instagram has 79 followers. Email list has 75 subscribers.
April 2024. My energy is still focussed on building the membership side of things. April video shout out. I am now adding music to the video. Our FB group has reached 1.1k members.
March 19th 2024 and I have started learning about the membership works platform that will be added into our website. I have to build this myself so I am learning about boards and member levels and coding. Deep breaths Kel. You've got this (mini pep talk) ;) On 24th March our email list has just been created. We currently have 2 subscribers. March video shoutout. Our FB group has reached 621 members.

I'll look into using this link to access newspapers and also this link to promote Australia Wide Retreats so people can find you. Offline advertising will begin when everything is up and running properly.
February 11th 2024. Our new Instagram page has been made and it's very first post was added today. I have never used Instagram before without FB so this is a learning curve for me.

The idea of Australia Wide Retreats and the Facebook group was born on 24th January 2024. The website and domain name was created the very next day.
