To get started, I need a few details from you.

📌 What to Send Me [Kelly]

Please email the following to Australia Wide Retreats [email protected] with the subject line: Retreat Showcase Submission – [Your Retreat Name]


1️⃣ Retreat Details

• Retreat name. This covers the one retreat that we will talk about during your interview. For example, you might run 5 Reiki Retreats every year. Our interview will discuss the Reiki Retreat. 
• No dates or locations as this is an evergreen post. People will get all dates and locations from YOUR direct link.
• A short, engaging description (100-200 words)
• Your direct website link (where people can book and find more information)
• Any other links you would like to add eg: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc
• Hashtags that can also be added to your post #retreat #yogaretreat #foodies etc
• No amendments. Once we have set up all of your text there can be no amendments due to the fact that everything will be built in place for your showcase. This is why it will be an evergreen promotion - something you can use over and over again.

2️⃣ Your Introduction Post

• A clear photo of yourself
• A short bio with a little bit about yourself
  
  

3️⃣ Lead Magnet (Optional, but Recommended)

• If you have a free resource to offer (e.g., a guide, checklist, meditation), please send:
  • The title of your lead magnet
  • A short description (1-2 sentences)
  • The link to access it

4️⃣ Retreat Images (You might want to send these over 2 separate emails so they all make it through)

• Up to 10 high-quality images that represent your retreat experience (landscape shots, activities, accommodations, etc.) No nudity or partial nudity as Facebook restricts pages that share such images.
• Please ensure images are clear and engaging.
• No text on your images always looks cleaner. 
• No copyright images that belong to others.

5️⃣ Interview Scheduling

• I will be recording an evergreen interview with you about your retreat to share on social media and our website. This will be 15-30 minutes in length. Please ensure you have good lighting for our call together.

• Once I receive all your details, your Showcase Package will be set up within 3 business days.
• Your retreat promotion will continue running for your chosen period of time.
